Fall/Winter Roof Maintenance Package

Roofs are one of the most exposed areas of your house and periodically inspecting it is worth your peace of mind. In Colorado, your roof is subject to extreme weather such as hail, snow, sun and wind and regular maintenance is important. The fall/winter maintenance package includes:

-A complete and thorough inspection of your roof

-Check all pipe jack boots, and rain caps

-Check for nail pops or broken Tiles

-Check flashings

-Check chimney flashing

-Fix/Replace up to 5 damaged shingles/tiles if the Customer provides the shingles/tiles

-Photographs of problem areas that may require additional repairs

*If additional repairs are necessary the price of the package will be waived if you go with us for the work.

Roof Inspection

Although an annual roof maintenance plan is recommended you may want to get a Roof Inspection when purchasing a home or if you are having issues with your existing roof.

Our Roofing Experts will inspect your roof and provide documentation of its current condition for you.

During a Roof Inspection, we will inspect the integrity of the roof system. We will look at the overall product installed such as wood, shingle, tile, metal, shake, slate and clay. We will also look at the components of the roof system such as eaves, valleys, headwalls, sidewalls and penetrations such as pipes and ventilations.

Roof Certification Service

Many real estate transactions require a roof certification in order to satisfy requirements for home inspections or mortgage underwriters. We offer certifications for any roof installed by Distinctive Custom Roofing.

Repairs and Replacements

We are here for all your repair and replacement needs; from wind, water, and hail damage. We don’t door knock and we are an honest quality referral based business. We work with our homeowners alongside their insurance company to resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
